Also, Mr. Osbourne has more than 30 years of experience Managing Hotels and Time-Share properties in the US and throughout the Caribbean. The Company has been instrumental in meeting the needs of the hospitality market through an exhaustive process that has included the commissioning of the Cornell Hotel School of Management to conduct an independent survey of hotel clients; R&D and related field trials through the State University of New York at Buffalo Industry/University Center for Biosurfaces; and test programs with several of the leading hospitality properties throughout the world. The Company has received a substantial amount of recognition in recent months with 2 case studies and article in the February 2007 Cornell Hotel & Restaurant Administration Quarterly, articles in the New York Times and Globe & Mail, and trial programs at several worldwide hotel chains.
